The grapes all hail from the Mornington Peninsula where half is Tempranillo from Hickinbotham Vineyards and the other half Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Karina. It's a zippy little number with fine acidity but a generosity of red fruit coming from the Merlot. 30ppm SO2 added in the lead up to bottling. 100 dozen made.
