A blend of 90% Moscato Giallo from Parish Hill vineyard in Adelaide Hills and 10% Riesling from Stanley Flat in the Clare Valley. Handpicked a month about, lightly plunged once per day while on skins (72 hours for Moscato and 24 hours for Riesling) then bottled.
