    90% Sangiovese, 3% Colorino and 7% Canaiolo from the site called “Particella 55” with southeast exposure with calcium-rich clay and sandy soils at an elevation of 380-410 meters. Spontaneous fermentation (5% left whole cluster) with 24 days maceration. Aged for 12 months in old tonneaux. No filtering or fining and minimal sulphur additions as necessary.
