Grignolino
Anarkoide is made of Grignolino from half a hectare of vines planted over pale clay. The wine ferments for 20 days on the skins before being pressed off to concrete for ten months. A multidimensional expression of this variety, it combines elegant structure with complex aromas of dried violets and hibiscus, blood orange and star anise. 14% ABV, 20ppm SO2.
