CasèBianco is made from four different white grapevines growing in the same vineyard, intermixed with other red varieties. This arrangement was common in the past across the region, and the vineyard itself is quite old (40-50 years). Macerated on the skins for 4 weeks and aged in a mixture of tank and barrel. Nothing added or taken away.
