Cabernet Franc
Christian’s ‘Heaven on Earth’ Rosé is made from 100% Cabernet Franc grown on gravel and limestone rich schist. 5 different batches are directly pressed to 5-8 on the skins and the wine is spontaneously fermented in open top fermenters. It is aged for 8 months, partly in oak, and partly in stainless steel. It is bottled without fining or filtration.
