    Cabernet Franc Blend

    50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Zweigelt planted on the gravelly schist soils east of Lake Neusiedlersee. The grapes spend 10 weeks on the skins before being fermented in open wooden vats. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 18 months in large oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration.
