Pinot Noir
Composed of several clones, this Pinot Noir with low yields cultivated on steep slopes in an iron-rich red soil part of the vineyard. 50% destemmed and 50% whole bunches, fermented for 17 days and aged in barrels until bottling. This is serious and distinguished Pinot Noir with both fruity and smoky characters, a pronounced mineral edge and overall lovely balance, it's a pure expression of Pinot Noir from the Chautagnard terroir.
