Jacquère from a steep South-West facing hillside of molasse. The quartz in the soil gives the wine liveliness and freshness. Exclusively vinified in demi-muid, aged on lees until bottling. This vintage reflects the typicality of Jacquère, fruity and sharp with a body provided by its aging on full lees. A laser-beam of acidity and tension.
