Co-fermentation of Altesse 47% and Jacquère 53%. Aged in vats on fine lees until bottling. This white wine represents the identity of the estate, the identity of each plot (jet, molasses, scree), and the two grape varieties complement each other magnificently. A wine with an expressive nose, both rich and lively on the palate.
