Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc Blend
Our 2021 Das Juice White is 40% Sauvignon Blanc (Brackenwood & Magpie Springs), 45% Riesling (Brackenwood) and 15% Semillon (Magpie Springs) from a selection of vineyards from the Adelaide Hills. These are all picked over a period of a week and are fermented together in tank. They spent almost 6 months on full solids before being racked twice and a small sulphur addition prior to bottling. It's got a wicked punch of acidity and lots of lime cordial and orange blossom.
