100% Aligoté from a hillside vineyard called Croix Rousse on glacial moraine soils in the south of Beaujolais overlooking the Rhône and Lyon beyond. This Aligoté is a richly textured example and offers a sunnier look at the variety compared with its counterparts on the côte. Nose is pure Aligoté with white flowers, lemon and minerals, a creamy palate and impressive length.
