Carignan/Syrah
60% Carignan 40% Syrah from bush vines aged 90 years old, planted on deep silt soils. The fruit was harvested together, direct pressed together, and then aged in a neutral fibreglass vat. Organic, wild fermented, unfiltered, unfined, minimal sulphites added at bottling.
