A new wine for Fabian & Mathieu, Pineau d'Aunis and a small amount of Gamay from old vines on pure limestone soils from Touraine. Grapes are kept whole bunch for 10 days before pressing to tank. Aged on lees for 8 months before bottling with a small sulphur addition. Crunchy and herbal its everything we love about Pineau d'Aunis.
