60 year old Mondeuse vines grown at 350m in elevation on a south east facing slope on pebbly/limestone soils. The vines have been worked biodynamic since 2010. Whole bunches kept in tank for 12 days and aged for 13 months in barrel. small sulphur addition before bottling.
