White Blend
This wine blew us away upon tasting last year and we managed to snare a few dozen for Australia. A blend of wine from 2009, 2011, 2012, 2015 and 2016 of reds and whites added to two 500L puncheons. The wine developed under flor and in flavour profile is between Vin Jaune and Amontillado sherry.
