Chardonnay, Savagnin
This is Ludwig Bindernagel's inaugural wine (BB1 = baby one), a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin made in an ouillé (topped up, non-oxidative) style. Vines are from southern exposed sited in Poligny and Arlay. The wine is matured in old barrels for 17 months before bottling and barrels are topped the whole time.
