Silvaner
100% Silvaner from 15-35 y/o vines. Direct pressed, fermented and aged in 225-1200L neutral oak barrels. 3 Täler means 3 valleys in english, named after Max's vineyards in three small side valleys of the river Main. The most northern valley is in Franconia and the 2 below are in Baden. It's a blend of Silvaner fields, which all grown on shell limestone soils. Light, fresh and alive, this wine shows the electric side of Silvaner at just 11% alcohol.
