Riesling
Grown on one of the highest vineyards in the region. Planted in 1996, this vineyard is located directly in front of the house and slopes slightly towards the east. The pure limestone soil has optimal water and nutrient availability. It's a fine linear style with notes of sea spray and taught citrus. Grapes picked and pressed to old barrels and amphora. Small so2 addition in the lead up to bottling.
