A very special vineyard - Silverberg is a 40 year old vineyard grown on Schist and boy does it express that. It spends 12 months on lees without batonnage and is then bottled by gravity without fining or filtration. It is fines than the estate Kekfrankos with fine chewy tannins. One of the most exciting wines peter has made to date.
