From Raphaëlle's own vines this extremely densely planted pinot noir. The Les Robinettes is 100% Pinot Noir from a S/SE-facing limestone hillside vineyard. Whole cluster fermentation for 15 days is followed by ageing in old barrels for 12 months. The result is an amazingly pure expression of beautiful red Pinot fruit.
