Experience is 100% Gamay harvested from a biodynamic 70 year old vineyard. Whole bunch and aged in 225 litre sandstone eggs. This has a nose of bright redcurrant, the palate has plenty of acidity and the classic granite crunchiness that we love in Beaujolais. Fresh and pure.
