Riesling
An experimental approach to Riesling, coming from a biodynamic plot located in AOC Alsace Riesling in the village of Moslshein planted in 1972. The wine was aged for 12 months in old barrels. The two cuvées of Riesling were named after Pierre-Alexandre's daughter, Ysée, who was born in 2021.
