    This is another experimental cuvée coming from a biodynamic plot located in AOC Alsace Riesling in the village of Moslshein planted in 1972. Harvested at the same date and undergoing a 6 months maceration time on skins in vat. Pressed in late spring and aged for 6 months longer in a single puncheon.
