    From a Lieu Dit called 'Les Louères' of clay and limestone soils. Direct pressed in stainless steel where the juices are cooled prior to fermentation, letting the temperature increase naturally in order to start the fermentation gently. Ageing in 350L barrels to contribute to extra complexity without overpowering the wine. Velvety fruit showcasing aromas of soft lemon and greengage plum. Lovely oily concentrated palate with notes of almond.
