    A mixture of 90% high Eden Valley fruit from the white blend vineyard and 10% Clare Valley fruit from the Chenin Blanc vineyard, this Riesling was fermented in a separate 1600L Foudre and Barrique, pressed as whole bunches straight to oak, left for around 7 months and then racked off solids and in to tank where a small amount of sulphur was added before bottling. Lush, minerally and with a ton of drive.
