Grenache (45%), Sauvignon Blanc (28%), Syrah (17%), Pinot Gris (5%), Gewurtztraminer (5%). All sourced from around the southern part of the Barossa, the fruit is picked early for the Rose. All varieties are fermented separately and pressed straight away except for the Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris which are fermented on skins for 10 days. A small amount of sulphur was added before bottling.
